FAQ
- (Q): My 2011 Ram 2500 (regular halogen) has two sockets for high and low beams, but the 2LH-DGP09G-RS headlight has only one. Will it still fit?
- (A): Yes, it will fit. The factory offers both Dual Lamp and Quad Lamp style headlights. Both styles use the same H13 connector, but the bulb configuration differs.
- (Q): How do I install the new headlights if I am replacing the same style?
- (A): If you are replacing your headlights with the same style (Dual Lamp to Dual Lamp or Quad Lamp to Quad Lamp), simply remove all the light bulbs from your original headlight and install them into the new headlight.
- (Q): What if I am switching from one headlight style to another?
-
(A): If you are changing from Dual Lamp to Quad Lamp or vice versa, you will need additional light bulbs because each style uses different bulbs:
- Switching from Dual Lamp to Quad Lamp: You need H11 bulbs for low beams and 9005 bulbs for high beams.
- Switching from Quad Lamp to Dual Lamp: You need H13 bulbs for high/low beams.
- (Q): Do the new headlights come with bulbs?
- (A): No, our headlights do not come with light bulbs. If switching styles, you will need to purchase the appropriate bulbs separately.
- (Q): Where can I find more information or purchase the necessary bulbs?
- (A): You can check your local auto parts store or an online retailer for H11, 9005, and H13 bulbs to complete your installation.
